Actor Headshot Dublin Ireland

Well it sure has been a busy year for actor headshots. Thank you so much to all the actors who came to the studio and allowed me take their acting portraits. So many brilliant Irish actors. Some stepping in front of the camera for the first time others that have being doing it awhile. Last year I started doing more natural light headshots at my new studio in Greystones allowing me to offer actors two types of headshots with two different types of lighting. Natural light and studio lighting. Being able to do both options along with having several different lighting modifiers allowed me to really and truly try to make each individual headshot I take unique to the actor. That to me is so important. There was a time when I wanted all my headshots to have a certain style, a certain look but now I am very happy to have a large variation in what I produce. I was lucky this year to work actors from all over the world many of whom travelled to Ireland to study acting at many of the great acting colleges and courses we have in Ireland. The courses include Davis Scott’s Applied Art of Acting, students from Bow St in Dublin, The Lir, and the Gaiety School of Acting. I would also like to thank the many acting agents and casting directors who recommended me to their actors and friends. I have a feeling that 2020 is going to be a huge year for Irish acting and in particular theatre and film. From what I hear there are going to be some amazing productions and the casting directors and producers are already out their looking for the next big Irish acting talents. Whatever you do do not forget to update your actor headshot this year! – Thanks Roger
